Comprehensive description: Heat weldable aseptic rollers are available in widths of 5cm – 45cm. These rollers are made of multi-layer PET/PP transparent medical film on the top layer, Heat sealed to medical paper. The main advantage of using these sterilization rollers compared to bags is that the rollers can be cut according to the size of the packed instrument and it is possible to customize the length of the bag depending on the length of the instrument. Medical paper is porous in nature and can be penetrated by ethylene oxide gas, steam or EO which can be used to sterilize medical instruments packed in these reels. Product information and sterilization indicators for steam and/or ethylene oxide are printed on the paper surface of the sterilization rollers. All sterilization indicators give a clear and precise color change.
